About WhatsApp conversation charges
Meta charges a separate per-conversation fee for WhatsApp Business API messages — roughly ₹0.30 for service replies and ₹0.78 for marketing in India (24-hour conversation window). These are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account, not by us. Most small businesses pay ₹500–₹2,000/mo to Meta on top of their AgentShift plan. What counts as a conversation?
A 24-hour back-and-forth with one customer. If the same customer messages you 50 times in a day, that's still 1 conversation. This is the same definition Meta uses to bill you, so your AgentShift plan limit and your Meta bill move together.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
Your AI keeps replying — we never silently block customer messages. You'll see a notice in-app and can either upgrade or top up. We'd rather you don't lose a customer than enforce a cap.
Can I add more branches without upgrading the whole plan?
Yes — extra branches can be added to most plans for a flat per-branch monthly fee. Talk to us for the exact add-on price.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. See our refund policy for annual plan prorations.
Are WhatsApp / Meta charges included?
No — Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp Business API conversations (see the note above). Your AgentShift plan covers the AI, the dashboard, the inbox, integrations, and support. Most small businesses spend ₹500–₹2,000/mo on Meta charges.
