Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to AgentShift. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by AgentShift Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your AgentShift subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual). After the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to a free plan or suspended, and you will not be charged again.
2. Refund Policy
AgentShift is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, and we offer a 14-day free trial on all plans so you can evaluate the service before making a payment. Because of this, all payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.
- No refunds will be provided for lack of usage or dissatisfaction after the free trial period has ended.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- A billing error occurred on our end (e.g., you were charged twice for the same billing cycle).
- The service was completely unavailable for an extended period, violating our SLA, and our support team confirms the outage.
If you believe you meet these criteria, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your AgentShift dashboard, navigate to Settings > Billing, and click on Cancel Subscription.
